Knowledgeable & Compassionate Guidance
Means So Much When You Are Changing Your Life
Issues such as managing how best for your family to terminate your marriage, divide your assets and liabilities, and handle child support for, and time-sharing with, your children, may at first seem overwhelming and scary, like being a character in a horror movie. Let me, Eric B. Epstein, a Florida and New York licensed attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, help you! In addition to being an attorney, I am also the proud father of two children one of whom has developmental disabilities. I am also a expecting to receive my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in July, 2018. I cannot prevent pain from your divorce, but I am dedicated to guiding, comforting and assisting you and your spouse to obtain a divorce peacefully through mediation. I am here to help you both obtain a Peaceful Split™.
Why Hire Us?
I have been a practicing attorney for over 23 years, and have represented hundreds of clients throughout this time. Regardless of the issue facing the client, one thing was always the same – their desire for an honest and dedicated professional to help them navigate their dispute or issue that needs resolution. I combine the background of an attorney with over two decades of experience, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, an operator of a large preschool in Florida and as a graduate student studying Marriage and Family Therapy, to provide honest, dedicated and compassionate mediation to couples facing divorce and/or dealing with child visitation or support issues.
It is my firm belief that you, as my client, are entitled to receive ongoing communications about the current status of your case. One principle that I firmly believe in is responsive communications; that is, I will promptly reply to your phone call, email or text, as soon as reasonably practical. When you call me, you get me – not a secretary or answering service or paralegal.
In Your Shoes
As not only an attorney and mediator, but as a Graduate Student in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University, I am fully aware that “your situation is your reality” and that understanding you and your situation is vital to a successful professonal relationship. While I will undoubtedly not have “walked in your exact shoes,” I do promise to understand you, respect you and do my best to comfort you through your divorce process.
