Easy 6-Step Process To Achieve A PeacefulSplit® Divorce

Eric is available 7 days per week to answers all of the questions you and/or your spouse may have about the benefits of divorce mediation.  

Both spouses decide to proceed with the PeacefulSplit® Divorce Mediation process by e-signing the agreement to hire Eric.

A mutually convenient date and time is set for the first mediation session. Easy & convenient options 7-days per week. 3-hour 1st session.

Eric guides both spouses in a calm & relaxed negotiation and resolution of every issue necessary to file for an uncontested divorce.

Settlement agreement draft(s) are sent for review, and requested changes are made. Final versions are then sent for signature and notarization. 

The couple completes fill-in-the-blank forms (found on court's website) & files the forms together with the signed settlement agreement(s).
