Eric is a very kind and empathetic mediator. He has inserted so much patience and understanding into the whole process. He explained and translated both sides whenever needed and always with divine patience. My divorce has been amicable, but even in the best case scenario you will need someone like Eric to help smooth things out when they get too overwhelming or when emotions run high. You think you won’t need a Mediator until you actually sit at the table across from your soon to be ex-spouse and realize that all your life is being discussed in line items. Eric was a Godsend for us. We knew what we wanted to do in theory and his PeacefulSplit program was efficient and worked perfectly to make it a reality.. On top of that he is a great mediator and really kept us on track and helped us work through difficulties that arose in our negotiations. We reached a basic agreement in one 3 hour session with Eric on a Saturday morning and he prepared drafts of the documents for us to review and edit as we saw fit.
