Eric was a Godsend for us. We knew what we wanted to do in theory and his PeacefulSplit program was efficient and worked perfectly to make it a reality.. On top of that he is a great mediator and really kept us on track and helped us work through difficulties that arose in our negotiations. We reached a basic agreement in one 3 hour session with Eric on a Saturday morning and he prepared drafts of the documents for us to review and edit as we saw fit. We were able to complete the entire process in about 3 weeks. We probably saved a couple of hundred thousand dollars in legal fees and are still friends thanks to PeacefulSplit.

Eric is knowledgeable on all the details we needed to discuss and agree upon - FL laws, retirement & 401k accounts and many debit and asset allocations. He is able to explain all these details with efficient clarity. He is very accessible via zoom, email and text both during and outside of our scheduled session times. He also wisely gave us breathing room and did not push us to finish our settlement before we were each ready. Eric kept all conversations and documents simple and fair.
