Epstein, P.A., PeacefulSplit® Divorce Mediation, and Eric B. Epstein, Esq., LMFT (individually and collectively "I," "me," “us,” “we,” or “our”). By entering our website (www.peacefulsplit.com) (the "Site"), you acknowledge your agreement with and understanding of the Agreement about the Site, including the Service.

Your access to the Site and the Service are subject to and constitutes your acceptance, without modification, of the Agreement and all other operating rules and policies published and that we may publish from time to time. 

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of the Agreement, you may not access the Site or use the Service.

Please do not send any confidential information to us until a mediator-client relationship has been formally established through a fully executed Engagement Agreement. Absent a fully executed Engagement Agreement, we are not your mediator!
